Christo and I began our 2nd leg of travel almost a week ago and it could not have started out more perfect! We spent a few days with my family in Molfetta, Italy!! Molfetta is a small town on the Adriatic Sea just outside of Bari.
We had the pleasure of staying with my great aunt (thank you, Zia Franca!) and spending time with my cousins. They opened their homes and hearts to us and we cannot be more grateful!
From our arrival meal of delicious cheeses, meats, olives, and wine, to our day on the farm feasting on fresh pasta, grilling on the wood burning grill, and eating fruit right off the tree, to touring with my cousins... Only one word can describe our time in Molfetta, FUN!
We had an absolute blast and cannot wait to visit them again soon!
